Helen G. Rehberg

Helen was born in New Jersey and grew up in Milford, Massachusetts. In 1969 her family relocated to San Antonio, Texas and Helen returned to Massachusetts in 1971. Life took many paths over the years that followed and finally brought Helen to Grafton. Her personal journey then became one of spiritual renewal and after many months of preparation, she joined the Parish Community of St. Mary (2005). Helen has been a catechist each year since that time, teaching varied grade levels (2 & 4 in a combined sacramental program, and grades 6, 7 and 10). She has also chaired the parish Stewardship Ministry (2008, 2009), the parish holiday fair (2007, 2008), served on the Cluster Formation Committee for two years and adds her creative talents to the Banner Ministry.

Helen earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Worcester State College in 1995 and has been a financial associate by profession for the last 12 years. In her spare time, Helen enjoys writing (fiction), oil painting and stamping crafts.
